1. Don’t try so hard. Burn out is real. Also, seeking to make others proud leads to extra pressure , which in turn, may make you unmotivated at times.

2. Take small breaks. With purpose. Do something that inspires you. Call a loved one or go for a walk.

3. Break bad habits. You deserve to have fun but not the hangover.
